I called looking for a brake caliper. The gentleman asked if this was the first place I called ( why does that matter?). He stated he would have to order the part, the price plus shipping. I told him I would check with my husband and get back to him. After several seconds, he hung up! I know where I will NOT be buying auto parts! Customer service stinks!
