“EVERY SINGLE TIME that I come to the Greensburg store, EVERYONE is awesome there!! Helpful and friendly and willing to go above and beyond! Several times I knew I was going to be 1 minute past closing and they were waiting for me when I got there after I called and asked if they were closing soon and so nice about it! Tonight, it happened again; this time with Mark and Isaac. Very nice guys!!!”

“I utilize this UPS store very frequently for all of my shipping and printing needs. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, helpful, and able to answer any questions I may have. I had my wedding invitations printed here and they turned out beautifully. All packages I've sent through this store have shipped quickly and arrived safely to their location. Highly recommend using this store for all of your printing and shipping needs!”

“I've been here to drop off many packages over the past two months. Customer service has always been excellent. They've brought out hand trucks when I've brought in big loads, helped me carry in smaller loads, and just now re-taped a box that I forgot to fully seal on the bottom. When I don't have time to drop off packages myself, I've scheduled pickups. My packages have always gotten to their destination on time.”

“This place OWNS! Kat is such a very very very nice person. I go visit sometimes to say hi. Everyone in Rillton is nice to her, and I like meeting them too. I make so many friends just enjoying the air conditioner and nice 70s wood paneling. Tanya is nice. Bob is nice too. They're literal friends of mine. It's dumb, but this is one of the best places ever. Maybe I'm dumb, but hey at least I admit it. I think we're all dumb, just some of us are too dumb to know it. One thing I do know, this place is awesome since Katrina is here. She's super super super super super super... maybe one more super, yeah super nice. 50 stars out of 5.”

“This post office is really close to where I work so it's really convenient for me to stop at this post office rather than the one in Monroeville. Never used the counter service but the staff seems friendly while dealing with other customers. I always use the drop off box, and it's never jammed unlike the one in Monroeville that is constantly jammed and full. Maybe it's me but it does seem like my packages get shipped slower here compared to Monroeville's post office. Seems to take a full 24 hours to see my package move (with tracking updates). The one in Monroeville moves at the end of the day.”

“It's really baffling why this post office is rated only two stars. There were two employees helping people, both were kind, friendly and very efficient at their jobs. There was a constant stream of people (11am on a Friday) but they kept the line moving with everyone being helped in a timely manner. I went in to purchase and subsequently mail an envelope and a money order. Between taking the time to fill out my information on the envelope and money order and waiting in line, I was in and out in 15 minutes. Granted, they didn't roll the red carpet and serve me champagne when I walked in but I'm willing to let it slide this once.”
