Let me start by saying I was a employee of metro by T-Mobile about a year ago both stores I worked at was absolutely horrible I was the only one working 7 days a week no days off and 10 hour shifts every day cause they can’t keep employees because they don’t recognize there top employees and the number one seller in my district for three months straight and when I quit they kept me on there dealer employee perk program and a year after me leaving they just started the process to take me off of it and when I try to get my account fixed I’m getting the run around and the customer service is trash I can’t stand metro worst communication company I have ever been with and mind you I have all there services home internet and two line on my account

Recently upgraded a phone here. It was fast and had great Customer Service. Alexis answered all the questions with no hesitation. He had a positive attitude and was very nice. Definitely would come back to this location for the wonderful service. Thank you for the great experience!

I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years. I recently changed my phone carrier to verizon. After going on the phone with customer service by metro for 3 hours, they said that I should have an update. There was no update. I called back using my neighbors phone to get an update on me switching carriers as I have no phone. I spoke with Myleen Tick#307162 about the situation on how I need a phone for work. She informed me that it would take an additional 24-72 hrs in order to receive service for an error on their side. I informed her I need to speak to a manager about my concern. I then spoke to the so called manager Christine ticket #304886. I asked if they can provide me a phone to borrow until I can use my phone with my new carrier. She informed me that this isn't possible. I then asked if they could give me a temporary number for my phone to use as I need to make business calls. She informed me that they would still charge me despite the mistake on there end. The manager still said that she is sorry and she is unable to provide me a number to use without charging me a fee. Rest assured this is the worst customer service I have ever received! Metro PCS customer service is the absolute worst. Unless you want terrible service, wait for hours to hear no update on the issues you have, I highly suggest choosing a different carrier. Christine was terrible and is not qualified to be a manager!

I had the pleasure of stopping into this Metro Westlake store to pay my bill and I had the best customer service experience ever! Mr. Leo assisted me in fixing the settings of my phone. He showed great expertise and professionalism. He even took the time to go over step by step what he had done to correct the problem which made it very easy for me. On a scale of 1-10, Mr. Leo would get a 10+. Thank you, Metro Westlake. Renee

The employee Jason set up all the secure passwords on my account without telling me them so I could not access my account at any location but this one. Highly deceptive!
