Im74. Ive seen this Doctor for years and he was always a great Dictor Now there is No communication and no compassion. I Have to ask for everything in MyChart. I suffered for two months with pain. I begged for years for a decent sleeping aid and had to wiyhdraw from klonipin, a horrible drug with really bad withdrawal and was finally given a sleeping pill
I suffered in pain thru this summer with osteoarthritis and which they say to take Tylenol and Alieve. I was in so much distress with no answer from the Doctors office and ended up seeing another Doctor. A week later I went to the ER due to severe pain. The ER doctor was a compassionate doctor and gave me a shot and a few pain pills and referred me to a Dictor who I saw and was treated really bad. My doctor told me physical therapy wouldn't help but after reading I see that it could so once again I asked for referrals on my own.

I haven't been able to get a hold of someone for over a week. Left voicemails and they say they will get back to you within a couple days but a whole week and nothing? If you need to speak to someone I do not recommend this place. If you are are a new patient I also would recommend elsewhere. Poor communication lines at this place.

Have been coming here for at least 15 years. Doctors have come and gone but the last 3 PAs I have had have been great with my various medical issues

I would give far less than one star for the care and attitude of all the doctors and staff at all the locations of family practice. I have been ignored and treated horribly by these people. had Xrays done and now the 4th day with no calls about the result of what was seen on the Xrays . When I call to get information the trained response is the system shows "in process" . They also lie about claiming they are leaving message.Hopefully people will see this and save themselves a lot of abuse and being ignored by staff at Family Practice. They could care less of what any patient is going thru or helping with their needs.

Had planned to switch to this Dr. as PCP called twice to set up first appt., machine answers (not unusual) then you end up on hold indefinitely. Both times I gave up after 5+ minutes of waiting. Sorry if this is an indication of how much you care about your patients people should go elsewhere.

Horrible experience at this practice. Office staff seemed to go out of their way to NOT make eye contact. Just spoke with Brandy, asked her a few questions re the message she left and she asked me "Why do you have an attitude?" OK., guess no questions allowed.

The staff is professional & pleasant. The office is clean and tidy. I loved my P.A. Emily Heckman. She was very thorough, up to date on her knowledge and down to earth. The location is convenient for tests and blood work. Overall I had a great experience.

This practice was recommended by my mom, a nurse from Jeff Hosp. It has become the hub for all of my extended family and quite a few friends.

If you need Drs that are to busy to treat their patients in the ICU then by all means go to these Drs. ..if you expect you dr to treat you go somewhere else.
