30 minutes just to ring one person out, the store is a mess, they refuse to open a second register and I hear them complain about hours but then they have the entire staff all working one shift so they can close early. It feels more like rundown clubhouse than a store.

This store is never open nobody never answer the phone the food is poorly organized it’s always dirty floors dirty the online times open and closed is lies. The fact they have this store in the middle of the hood and it’s always closed I’m not understanding how it’s even still a family dollar store here. Poor customer service poor everything and it’s sad very sad because it seems like a trap I’m so sick of this city of clairton it’s not funny it’s nothing over here at all and the only store that is supposed to be up and running it’s not it’s always closed or dirty they need to just close it down

Good selection, but the prices are not what they used to be. Lots of items out of stock too.Totally inconsistent hours. I have given up going here as it is hit or miss as to whether they will be open.

These stores are generally poorly organized but this one in particular I'm not a fan of. Feels like they could just move a few things around and make the shopping experience a bit more accessible but they won't. They leave random boxes and backup stock everywhere, making it even more difficult to navigate the store. On top of that, the employees are unprofessional. They'll be FaceTiming people while ringing you out. Not necessarily mean but they aren't friendly at all. I'd recommend the Dollar General instead if you're in the Clairton area.

I found everything I was looking for, and even picked up some things I wasn't looking for. The problem is that since this Covid-19 has been around, none of the employees and a lot of the customers don't wear masks.And to top that all off, now that I'm home, I put my phone number in the terminal but didn't get my $5 off order.
