I can not say enough good things. From the gate Grace was amazing answering my emails of questions. Then when I got there for our first puppy visit I was even more impressed. Every staff member made you feel welcome and explained everything. I even got a call with test results later that day and to check on her after her vaccinations. Thank you Pine Creek ♥️

We recently decided to switch our vet due to our old vet not be able to see us whenever we had a pressing issue. We were blown away by how welcoming this vet was with both of our doggos! Everyone was friendly and took the time to answer all of our questions. So glad we switched!

Pine Creek is an amazing choice for any pet, all of the staff here go above and beyond to help you and your animal. I cannot express how thankful I am for the way they handled my dog during her surgery and stay. I could tell that they all cared about getting my pup Riley the right treatment and making her as comfortable as possible. I’m so happy I have found an animal hospital like this. She even got her nails painted while she was asleep. Take your animals here!! You won’t regret it

I brought my mouse to get check since she had somehow gotten a mass or abscess. They got me in same day, super good visit, quick and efficient. Lexi and the assistant were super sweet and helpful. You could really tell they love small animals. Would bring my mice back. Thank you both and everyone there. ?

From my first call to schedule an appointment to my actual visit all staff were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They obviously care very much about the animals for whom they are providing care.

I'm giving a 3 because of a few things
Pros
- 1 they were able to get me in very soon
- 2 they explained what they were doing thoroughly and how much it was going to be
-3 my kids loved the toy room
Cons
- 1 prices are outrageous. They charge you to get rid of waste and everything.
- 2 their method for cats with ringworm isn't affective and long drawn out plus expensive. I know this because my other cat was cured in half the time and price at my first vet, which I brought my second cat too and same thing.
- 3 they pushed unnecessary services and made me feel they were necessary until I got a second opinion. I didn't even mention them so it wasn't one vet challenging another. Don't suggest parasite meds when an animals had tested negative twice for parasites... figure out what else is wrong, like the food they're eating. As soon as I changed the food.. no more issues.
-4 most of the meds I needed were not at location, I had to order them and they took about a week to arrive, leaving my kitten uncomfortable with raw ears. You can pay an extra $20 or more to expedite which I actually did bc I do care that much.
I just didn't feel confident with this place. However, I won't say they are terrible because I'm not a vet and I'm sure for some they are great... they just aren't for me and my pets!

I have been going to pine Creek and they have been nothing but great. Luna loves the staff and is so glad she gets the best care. They also ease my mind when she is sick.

Everyone is very personable and professional and considerate. 1st time guinea pig mom and I had to set her down. Teeth growing crooked and she wasn't able to eat or drink. They were very informative and allowed me to make the proper decision to ease her pain. I'm so glad I went there and I will go back when I get a new pet. And the card I received brought me to tears and confirmation of my choice. Sending big hugs along with my appreciation and respect for the service that Pine Creek Animal Hospital provided. Would recommend Pine Creek Animal Hospital for any of your pets. Staff n vets r fantastic they take great loving care of our pets. Would recommend Dr Lexi Riehl she is very caring n very knowledgeable n explains n answers any questions you have on the care of your pets. Memphis loves her n techs n doesn't mind going to Pine Creek n ty for all you do for our fur babies.

We were looking for emergency care for our pup when our regular provider was unavailable, and PCAH was happy to help. They took the absolute best care of our best boy and we switched providers immediately. They are kind, thorough, and connected with our pup that made him feel so comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend!

We love Pine Creek Animal Hospital!! Very friendly staff, very clean and great prices. They are always so helpful and accommodating Our dogs & cat have never been great with the vet but they are so good with them!
