“I cannot express my complete gratitude to this bank. Fulton Bank is what all banks should be nowadays. They know their people, the part of the community and when the community is hurting, they go above and beyond to help that community. I have a new small business owner and quite frankly I've been struggling as of late. I had some issues with my account of my own doing and just not being familiar to be perfectly honest with banking in general... Well let me tell you how they came through from me in a huge way in a time that I really needed. I cannot again. Express my gratitude for this bank for any company or corporation to do with Fulton Bank did is amazing and should be something. All corporations, especially banks, should do and talk about customer service unbelievable. Fault bag and parkesburg will be my go-to bank for as long as I'm breathing. It may just have been a small gesture for your company but it was huge to me. Thank you so much!. You guys rock!!”

“I banked at this branch for many years and I always found the tellers and managers to he extremely helpful. Sometimes they might be a little overwhelmed servicing the many small businesses in the area who like to do business at the teller windows, especially the Amish businessmen, but someone always comes to the rescue”
“If you overdraft your checking account, you can put money in by 9:00 p.m. and you won't be charged overdraft fee. Also, if you don't have enough money in your account to fill your gas tank they will fill it but it will cause an overdraft. Put money in before 9:00 and you're okay. The staff is very helpful and easy to get along with. I recommend it as a place to keep your money.”
