“Took my '07 Legacy to Tim with failing head gaskets after they had already been replaced 50k before by a dealer. Tim replaced both gaskets for significantly cheaper than the dealer, and fixed all other minor issues with the car including fixing the power steering o ring which the dealer destroyed on the last head gasket go around. More importantly, he takes the time to explain what he is doing and why.
I would highly recommend Tim. He is courteous, knowledgeable, and genuine. If you have a Subaru, you know where to take it.”

“Just over a year ago I made the four hour drive with a friend from Richmond, VA to New Holland to Martin's to buy a truck I had only seen online and via pictures and video messages their salesman sent me. “This is Johnny Pappas, I am using my wife's google account. I met Bill through a mutual friend that takes his cars (including his classic 1955 Chevy) to Bill for both extensive and maintenance work. I took my 1999 Camaro SS to Bill to replace both front and rear shocks and while it took a substantial amount of time to replace both sets as they had been on the car for almost twenty years. Some parts did not come off easily but Bill perserved and stayed on the job until the last bolt was tightened. Bill charges less than regular brick and mortar car repair shops but does not skim on quality and service. He will give you an honest appraisal on parts needed and likewise...parts that are not needed. I wholeheartedly recommend Bill for all of your automotive needs.”

“A friend of mine, (Loophole) showed up just before closing time with an effed up ignition. One of the mechanics said "Well let's have a looksee" he took a look around poked and prodded a few cables knobs and levers, asked a few questions that ol' Loophole didnt have any clue how to answer. Ya see Loophole is an accountant/banker/businessman type. So mechanic man went back to fiddling twisting and knocking on a few more things hooked up a couple cables to the ignition components and whatayaknow, Loophole was back on the road and ready to cook the books in a town near you. That was several months back and i still havent gotten any calls from Loophole asking for a jumpstart. So i can only assume the skilled mechanics at Troupes done him a real solid fixemup!”
