The office at Clarks Summit was not scanning my packages when they were leaving their office, which caused packages to lack tracking updates for weeks in some cases, unacceptable. It caused many issues for myself and my customers. I brought it up to them though I’m not sure what was done to fix it, if anything.I now prefer to work with this office instead, they’re always kind, conversational and they SCAN MY PACKAGES when they leave their office.

Sent 4 packages out with tracking numbers. packages showed on-time for delivery until the date of delivery, now they show "In-transit" with no delivery date for the last week. Called the USPS and tried to file a complaint. Waiting for a call back, not holding my breath. I will never ship anything with USPS ever again unless I have no other choice or option and even then I may just drive it over to the recipient myself. Customer service is none-existent. Do yourself a favor and use UPS or FedEx, hell even DHL is better than this. For that matter a 12 year old on a bicycle could probably do a better job.... And to think my tax dollars supplement these idiots...
