“My car was keyed and Finish Line is where my insurance sent me. This was my first time having to file an insurance claim and I’m so glad this is the shop I ended up at. I spoke the most with Preston and he was super helpful and kind. Overall my car was here for a week and it looks absolutely beautiful! “Went to Minooka Subaru for an oil change and tire rotation with no appointment. It was the most pleasant, fast and honest service I have ever gotten at a dealership. When the car was ready (about 35 minutes) and I went to pay they did not try to upsell me anything (cabin filter, wipers, etc) they said my tires were going to need to be replaced soon so a tire rotation was not necessary. That's honesty. Very highly recommend.”

“I own an old 2000 Chevy Silverado that had completely rusted out floor pans. I’ve taken my vehicle to this shop before over the years because of the excellent customer service and workmanship…and that service didn’t change at all!!! They took the time to explain what needed to be done and did an excellent job replacing and repairing the floor pans and other parts of the truck. I will always go here for all my bodywork!!! “I love the vehicle that we purchased. Unfortunately, we had to take it back to be serviced 3 weeks after purchase (which is why I only gave 4 stars) . Needed new front brakes and rotors. It's a 2022 Toyota Tacoma so one would think they would have checked that before selling. Staff was very nice and accommodating otherwise.”
