“The best body shop in the area. I needed to get repairs done on my vehicle and it was worth the few months wait to get in because it came out looking like it was brand new. They take there time and put good work in to make sure everything is perfect and explain in detail what they repaired. Definitely will recommend to people who ask for a body shop.”

“I'm an insurance agent, and a lot my customers have used A1 for body work and have always had amazing things to say about them. So when my car was hit in front of my office, I decided to use them because my customers always gave great reports back to me about them, and I was not disappointed. They went above and beyond to get my vehicle repaired correctly and as fast as possible. Because the extent of the damage (my Jeep was rear-ended and was about 25k in damages) it took longer than usual because of the availability of parts and just the amount of actual work that was needed, and Rich, I believe the owner, offered to help me out with a rental when I didn't even ask for it nor was complaining at all about it; he just genuinely wanted me to have a good experience with his company. He also updated me on the status of the vehicle quicker than any other shop would have, and I work with a lot of shops because of me being an insurance agent. “I can't say enough about how helpful they were. My 17 year old daughter had a MVA , and Kizer's was called to the scene to tow my daughter's car. They answered all my questions and even gave me extra information. They made me feel like I had one less thing to worry about, and honestly I did...... “Phillipps did a phenomenal job fixing my pickup truck! It looks brand new. I originally got estimates from a couple of auto body shops and Phillips was the most expensive, but also in the same ballpark. I ultimately chose them because they seemed very professional and had availability within a week to take my truck in and that was worth the added cost to me. The least expensive place had a great reputation but had a 3 month wait time. Overall very happy with the timing and their work and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future or recommend them to others.”

“Needed exhaust work done on my Focus. Stopped by for price, was explained what was wrong even tho I knew what was and was explained how they would fix. Was told price and it definitely was very reasonable. They had me drop car off next day so part was their (resonator), less then 3 hours later it was done. Looked over work and it definitely was done very well. Definitely recommend stopping here before you go to a chain of auto shops! Friendly, knowledgeable, professional, very reasonable pricing, fast in and out service!”

“I needed some work done on my car. I wss referred to him. When I called, we made arrangements for him to take a look at it. He needed to order a part and gave me an estimate for parts and labor. He told me the job would take about 4 1/2 hours. I dropped my car off for 8am and just after 12:30 I got a call it was ready. Very nice man and would recommend him to anyone.”

I had gotten into a small collision that required front grill work- the office was quick to call me back, dealt with the insurances and rental car for me and were very knowledgable, and polite. It's also very clean inside (surprising for a garage!) Tony called me personally when my car was finished to explain everything to me in detail. What I thought was going to take at least 1-2 weeks only took a few days and they did a phenomenal job! My car looks brand new. They are very fair and take care of you the best they can-I definitely recommend.”
