“My starter decided to fully quit on me immediately after getting an oil change at a different business. To my horror, we had to put it in neutral and push it out of the garage. I called this business at 0912 explaining what was going on. Within the hour, arrangements were made to pick up my keys from where I was working, and a tow was secured for where my vehicle was at. By the time I got off work at 1630, my starter and my battery were replaced. The car runs more smoothly than it has in years and I was able to go home on time. I cannot thank this business enough for it's timeliness, quality of service, and flexibility. The mechanic noticed my USAF and my POW/MIA magnets and applied a military discount once he found out I was a veteran. This shop went above and beyond when I needed them most.
