Alexis was super nice. Went in to send off my son's passport renewal. I had an appointment; you must have an appointment. It was fast and easy. Don't forget your checkbook. Plus there's plenty of free parking right on the street.

If you need to stop your mail for any reason, this post office seems to have absolutely no idea how to make it happen. I have used the USPS website to hold my mail twice in the last month and, both times, I have watched video footage of mail being delivered each day of my requested hold dates. Have had to call neighbors to get the mail out of my box. Forget trying to call. Nobody seems to answer. Tried 5 times in 1 day and the call went to DISCONNECT. Got to love our USPS service. What a joke!

This post office is not to be trusted. A few times I received my mail opened by them and YES by the post office. It only gets delayed when it reaches chester I wonder why(hmm). Post Master/postal inspector...what's going on?... Did you think money was In my envelopes?? I can only imagine because then my mail would have disappeared. Federal offense!!!!! Scam office.

We dont get mail most days, then get 3 or 4 days worth of mail all at once. I have had packages marked as "delivered" when they clearly weren't but a day or 2 later, my packages mysteriously appear. Oh! Also, the mail people like to mark a package as "undeliverable" while I live on a street free of obstructions as a bronze refinery across the street gets 18 wheelers down the street almost daily. Post Master General of the office is lazy and ineffective. I just call the governers office instead of dealing with their lazy PMG.

Very rude the woman on the counter Barking orders telling me to wait next to the window in a bad attitude we are human we talk to each other with calm lower voice if you can’t handle the job over working in post office working for the people find another job because your job you interact with people all day, smiling and talking professionally in a lower voice, might make your day better and the people who you interact with.

This is insane how each time I've place a 30 day hold on my mail, With the Chester Post Office, And they keep bringing it to my mailbox! I got a call from my neighbor telling me there putting mail in your box. luckily I can trust her! And this is the second time this happen and they keep failing to do so!!! But it's Illegal to tamper with another person mail, But It should be Illegal to not follow the protocol when the consume signs off to have there mail stay in there office for what ever the reason maybe. USPS Ya'll need to get it together.

They always messing up mail at the veteran's address. I spoke with the manager a few years ago about the carrier putting mail in the wrong apt boxes and the manager said he would talk to the carrier but obviously the carrier do they own thing and don't pay attention to details. Then last month, I requested my mail to be put on hold for 30 days at the post office and I'll pick up all accumulated mail but the carrier ignores the mail hold request and deliver mail to my mailbox anyway and hold mail for different apts. So, when I pick up my mail today, I saw that the carrier was holding mail for a different apt and a different person's name when mail should only be held for the person's name and apt on the mail hold request card. I tell you if I could monitor closely the delivery of my own mail I would. And I know some of my mail is missing because I get the usps informed delivery notifications of my mail. So, my mail is missing from Tues and wed and today is fri. I understand that the post office was closed on mon because of the Columbus day holiday but still I requested my mail to be held until after that date so when I pick up my mail today then I should of received Tues and Wed mail. But the mail carriers and this post office is so unprofessional and unorganized that they can't get simple hold mail request right. If I can give 0 stars I would but Google requires 1 star to review. I can't stand this post office ?
