If you do, proceed to book the appointment by filling out 2-3 pages of a form. I got here 15 minutes before my appointment time. Checked in by providing my drivers license and medical insurance card. Waited only for 5-10 minutes and then was called in. Took all of 2 minutes to get the shot!!! :) was asked to wait for 15 minutes in the waiting area to make sure I don't have any adverse reaction to the vaccine... done!!! Heading home now :)”
