It’s an older woman who works there. She’s not tech savvy at all and very very loud and rude. My sister wanted to switch her SIM card to her new phone and the women was so loud and nasty and WRONG. She said only phones that would work on Metro’s network are Metro phones. Luckily, a nice young man, who worked at the other location on the other side of town, was very knowledgeable and assisted us with getting a new. SIM card for her new phone. Retrain that employee and also tech her how to give customer service, politely.
