“I've been going to Bright Laundry since it opened up in Upper Darby where I lived now that I recently moved I continue to use this Laundromat because it's clean and the staff are pleasant and you feel welcomed and comfortable they are helpful when you have an issue with a washer or dryer which rarely happens. “New to the area but plan on staying for a while! Although I plan on getting a washer and dryer I don’t have one at the present moment with dirty clothes piling up. I am busy nurse/mama so I am into convenience. I walked in with a couple of loads and a blanket and dropped them off. Price was reasonable, she even worked with me on not drying my throw blanket, offered bleach, got the loads done before my shift! Overall I will be back even after I get my washer and dryer! Thank you!”

“I thought the Paulsboro laundry was pretty good. Very clean clothes and it only took about 23 minutes. The washing machines seem to range between $4 to $8 a load- depending on the size of the machine. The most popular machines seem to be the LG machines, they looked the newest and they are $4.50. I used a $6 maxi machine. I was able to fit a set of queen size sheets, 2 throw blankets, a large towel, a heavy shirt and undershirt. My only complaint is the fabric softener dispenser looked a little moldy or grungy. Looks like it needs to be wiped out. I was there about 1:00 p.m. on a Monday, it really wasn't busy. I didn't need to use the dryer this time but another customer told me they're very good and very hot. There is seating inside but it's easy enough to sit in your car and wait for your load to be done. Last wash 8pm.”

“I moved around the area a little over 8 months ago and since I've been going there the overall mood of the place seems very chill and relaxed. Customers wash their clothes and/or drop them off for service. The workers do their due diligence and help out whenever need be. I also love the fact that the upgrades and improvements to the place really complements the business well. I think it hints at the fact that the business owners recycle the money made back into the business. I think this business helps out the community very well and should be around for a very long time!!”

“I gladly give this Laundromat 5 stars simply because of the customer service. My washer broke late this Sunday afternoon. So I googled the nearest laundromat. This isn’t the closest one. But the hours are great. They close at 9pm where as the others closed at 5pm or earlier. They’re open long enough for me to comfortably complete my cleaning process without feeling rushed. As soon as I walked in the gentleman (owner) made eye contact with me and asked me if I needed anything. He pointed me to the nearest available washing machine. I haven’t used a washing machine in a while. Long enough for me to forget how to operate one. Also their washing machines are a little different, Ex 2 quarters are required in each slot for the medium washing machines. That’s new to me. The laundromat is pretty kept up. However a lot of the machines are out of order. The owner did say they plan on purchasing new machines soon. I do recommend this laundromat. And I wish their business nothing but success.”
