Both of the staff members when I went to get blood drawn had air pods in, having conversations, distracted, WHILE THEY PUT A NEEDLE IN MY ARM. I was livid. I was nervous they were going to mess up because it felt like the staff was not giving me their full attention. How in the world is this acceptable?

Let me start by saying the place is nice and clean. The ladies are wonderful friendly, professionals and they get you in and out.

Staff is always friendly. I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes from my appointment time. Always in and out within 20 minutes.

Always, always, always a pleasant, timely and seamless experience. The staff are professional and skilled and the facility is neat, clean and orderly.

My experience was great from the time I walked in I got greeted along with smiles.they were quick kind and have a sense of humor along with a few funny jokes.its a new staff there so anyone who goes there now it's great.all of you ladies there you all rock.

Staff is very friendly and the office and bathroom is always very clean. You can register easy and fast with your driver's license and sometimes insurance card if. If you choose you can wait in your car and they will send you a text when it's time to come in. There is plenty of free parking

Terrible terrible terrible service ! No one answers the phone. I’ve been calling for about two hours now and still getting the answering machine . I visited a couple days ago and they ran out of needle kits….. HOW!? …. smh , was the first patient in the lobby and the last one to get serviced. Never again!

I have come here multiple times a year for the last 3 years to get routine medical labwork. I've never had to wait once. It's always been a quick in and out and the results come in much sooner than when I use the Labcorp at Walgreens. I assume they ship out samples more frequently here.

Every time I've attempted to call, it goes directly to leave a message because they're already on the line or they're closed. You can never get through to talk to a live person.

Dirty no one at the desk im just sitting here expect service with a attitude erking they definitely don't sanitize holes in the walls in the bathroom and urine stains

If I could give this Lab corp a -10 I would. I signed up for a drug test online and they sent me a confirmation email that they were able to do it at this location. When I walked in and showed the front desk lady she was very rude and said that they don't administer the test there. I was complete understanding but had a few questions as to why my email staten differently. She did not only send me to a different location but to a location that doesn't do testing after 1:30 after she told me it was 2:30. I drove 30 minutes out of the way because your employee is not only rude but d**** DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. If you do not want to work with people and answer questions then this job isn't for you go work somewhere else.

This was my first time using Labcorp , they made it so easy! Checked in online, my appointment was at 7:45am was home by 8:15! What can I say, easy Peezy!!??
