Iacona Collision Center is incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. The staff is friendly and treats people extremely nice, making difficult processes as easy as can be. They are diligent and happy to help in stressful situations, such as verifying a vehicle's status or assisting with a totaled car. The business is also accommodating with fees, even offering a break on them. Customers feel they truly care, leading many to state they would return for future body work and recommend getting a vehicle out quickly to avoid fees.

Very quick service. If I needed something from my car they allowed with supervison. Just a heads up before even going you need a vehicle release from the police department. Don't waste your time by going there empty handed. Its just the policy. It has a tow yard at the back.
