My Sister a Heart, Lung, Diabetic, Hypertension patient was told by pharmacist tired of talking to her when they suddenly refused to fill and deliver her prescription because she don't have insurance coverage. She has medicare/medicaid 5 yrs.Will send letter to their headquarters for unprofessional pharmacist.

The best customer service in town! The pharmacy staff actually care, are very considerate, and always go above and beyond. My family will never consider using big names like Rite Aid again. They make sure our prescriptions are correct and on time. They have our trust and patronage!
