This is A nice old school auto parts stop. They have A lot/tons of parts, tools,kits, fluids, clips, hoses and gadgets to choose from. The prices are great the cheapest around. They have A big parking lot and Handicap accessible entrance.

I arrived at Brandywine auto to get a battery because mine was completely dead, had to get a jump start to get there and as I entered the parking lot it shut off and wouldn't start up again. Went into the store and was told I had to bring the old battery in with me. Well I asked if someone could help me because I didn't know how to take it out, they refused. I asked to borrow some tools so I could do it myself, they said they didn't have any tools. What happened to courtesy and helping others. It doesn't cost anything to make someone else's day better. To get to the point they were very unhelpful. They looked at me like I was asking them to pay for the battery for me. All I wanted was a little assistance and I surely didn't get it there.

Excellent, knowledgeable staff always willing to give a helping hand on locating any part you need hassle free. Always have been and will continue to be by #1 auto parts store to go to over the big box stores.
