So a friend of mines went and got her hair done from this shop, she ask for individuals but instead this so called professional stylist said it would take to long and did what she wanted to do. I don't see how anyone can keep going there even after walking away and talking on their phone for countless of hrs without getting anything done. I wouldn't recommend this shop to anyone. The rude reply and doing what you wanna do when the client wants her hair a certain way and she paying you tell her what you not going to do and give her knotless. Who do she think she is. I don't see why this store is open this long. Where a professional stylist when you need it.. I wouldn't get my hair done here even if it's the last shop on earth! I wouldn't even pay them after putting what I didn't want in my head nope

I started this visit out thankful for them accepting the walk in appointment. That’s when I should’ve ran. Before going in, I will mention that I am growing out a pixie, when I asked about if this was ok they said knotless would be no problem. They fed in 48” hair for lower back length knotless and they did not properly feed it in. They had to cut away all of the fray hairs left out from the poor feed in. Cutting those fray hairs away left huge blunt cut marks along each and every braid. THEY ALSO CUT MY HAIR. Wherever my ends were sticking out of the braid, THEY CUT MY NATURAL HAIR OFF. I assume they were not able to tuck them or slick them down but they did not talk to me about cutting them. Then they applied brown gel to my edges which triggered my natural hair to curl up at the root of each of the braids along my hairline. There are knots all over the braids where hair was fed in so it’s safe to say I did not get the knotless that I paid for. I WILL NEVER RETURN.

I'm only giving them 1 star because the stylist cut my hair after doing it. I got knotless braids and at the end when they finish, they like to trim the fly away hairs. When she did this, she cut some of my braids by accident. When I took my braids out, it was my actual hair that was cut. There were multiple braids that were cut, she must have been cutting too fast. Just ask them NOT to cut your fly away hairs because they might slip and cut your hair like they did mine. Also my middle part was uneven :(. However, the staff here was very nice and there were about 5 braiders working.Service: Braids

I was supposed to get my hair braided at 10:00am I made an appointment for that time I didn’t get my hair braided because the girl who was supposed to do my hair wasn’t here the lady said I’ll call you when you can come back she didn’t now I have to wait to get my hair braided because of their lousy service even though I have an appointment and the hair. Don’t book appointments with this place if you want to wait all day to get your hair done even though you made an appointment. I would give this place 0 stars if the braiding wasn’t good.

I came here half an hour early for my appointment, and the hairstylist started on my hair right away. They work fast and the cornrows I got weren't too tight. They also have very good prices. I would greatly recommended them and I will be going again!Service: Hairstyling
