I didn’t get anything close to the hoagie I ordered and I’ve ordered the same one at other locations. Really disappointed and not ordering from this location again.

This is just off Pottstown pike in Chester springs, and also closer to Turnpike, so if you plan to make a quick stop, you could use it too. There is plenty of parking available and multiple gas pumps, too. Typical wawa setu up with clean restrooms, quick grab items, water , and a wide range of food options. I have ordered breakfast before, and they are quick in making them. It is easy to get in and get out of this place.

I waited 40 minutes for a curveside pickup. I couldn't wait any longer, so I called. A little later I got a melted smoothie and a cold mac and cheese. My dog and child in the car had a terrible time. They were surrounded by some confusion. It's been years of active curveside pickup due to Covid, and what a sham.

As a born and bred Philly kid (a long time ago), i know Wawa and I know food. The two should never meet. Wawa is the epitome of cultism as not a single prepared item is much beyond palatable in a city where hoagie and steak shops dominate every neighborhood. Even the pretzels and donuts are bottom rung. Fact is, 25 years ago Wawas were our bodegas, but cultism and the almighty bottom dollar led them on a path of compromising everything from baked goods, to cold cuts, ice cream, and even hoagie rolls. While the coffee is still okay, and free MAC machines are great, everything else is a rung below meh. Pizza? Yikes.

I always use this Wawa. A Wawa is a Wawa is a Wawa ?♀️. However, the people here are exceptional. Each morning I see a father/grandfather and his special needs son shopping at the location. The workers smile and talk with everyone but this morning… this morning, the workers brought out a birthday cake- candles all alight- for this young man and the workers, then the shoppers at the store joined in to sing him happy birthday. It was so above and beyond and clearly done becasue the workers wanted to show this boy how many people cherish him. It was such a wonderful thing to see from a corporation. So simple and thoughtful and I just wanted to share my appreciation for the small things that can be big to certain people. The workers at this location are what makes it so special!

I went in to get the gobbler today and I have nothing good to say about it. Capriotti's is the only place worth getting this one. Sorry Wawa your still just a gas station.
