“Weve been to a lot of vets over the years for our dogs and for rescues but this was a first time taking a client dog in and I couldn't be more thankful that we went here and had the experience we did. The staff was amazing from the first call, during the visit, to the check up call from the vet a couple days later. We totally understand why our clients chose this office and we will be bringing our managery here from now on.
There's not a lot of techs and doctors that really hear you and take your knowledge and bond of the animal into consideration. The front desk ladies are there with a smile and compassion, when i know on most days they can have the hardest job taking the brunt of it all. But this team does it all with a smile and amazing bed side manner.

“This was our first experience at CCCH, and everyone was so kind and so wonderful. We were able to bring both of our cats in at the same time. The vet tech, Sarah, handled our cats with patience and kindness. We saw Dr. Stephenson who answered any and all questions we had. Pricing was clearly laid out and they stayed true to the estimated cost. The office and exam rooms are clean, neat, and well taken care of. We are happy to be clients! Included are pictures of our two cats playing with the free toys they got :)”

I called here and had an appointment in literally an hour! The staff here is wonderful, and Dr. Achtel did a great job making sure my piggie can get back to her favorite activity! I called on a Monday and got a appointment the next day!
The Doctor examined my dog and completed all of the paperwork online., even the entry papers for the Country we flew to.
Everything was perfect. No snags. We gained entry after a smooth flight where my service dog was with me in the passenger cabin area. I cannot emphasize how Happy we both are to be together!

“They did a great job spaying both of my cats. I would absolutely recommend their services. The only thing I would say is to get there right at the beginning of both the drop off and pickup time slots that they list, because when you get there the process is for you to text the number out front and wait in your car and it can sometimes be a little bit of a wait for them to come and grab your pet/bring your pet to you if they’re busy (which is fine and totally understandable, just something to be conscious of if you haven’t been there before. I don’t think it detracts in any way from the great work they did - I was fine to wait as long as I needed to and both of my cats healed wonderfully from their spay surgeries with no complications, which is what matters most)”
“My dog loves Dr Bob. He gets to the point when necessary and he takes the extra time when necessary. You can tell how much he cares about animals. We loved him and will definitely stay with him.”
