The venue itself was nothing short of amazing, providing a picturesque backdrop for our special day. Rich in history, our guests were blown away by the uniqueness of this hidden gem. Cait, the venue manager at Historic Yellow Springs, played such a pivotal role in making our wedding unforgettable. Her assistance and guidance were invaluable at every stage of the process. She was always ready and willing to answer any questions we had along the planning process, which helped keep everything so stress-free. Cait's expertise and dedication really enhanced the overall experience, and we are grateful for her support in creating a truly memorable day at Historic Yellow Springs.

We had our son's 1st birthday party here and it was the perfect place to host 60-70 people during COVID. The venue is so beautiful and the added historical value was a bonus. Caitlin was so helpful throughout the whole process and the staff from Catering by Rich were beyond professional and accommodating. Highly recommend!

We just had our wedding here in August. It was a beautiful day, the flowers were amazing, the inside was clean and well-setup. Caitlin and Britt were our coordinators leading up to the wedding and were easy to contact and very organized and knowledgeable. The venue is well-known to many vendors, which made the event run smoothly. Would highly recommend!

The Washington was the perfect venue for our wedding day. It's a special venue with a unique history and stunning grounds. The staff, particularly Caitlin, Ann, and Brittany, were very helpful. They answered all of our thousands of questions and helped make everything run smoothly on our wedding day. We're so glad we got married at this hidden gem!

We just had our wedding and reception here two weeks ago in mid-May 2022 and it was fantastic! The whole place is beautiful and fit what we were looking for in a venue perfectly. Caitlin was super easy to work with and communicated well through email and phone calls. Caitlin was there the day of the wedding to make sure the ceremony went well and kept her cool and a positive attitude even when it started to pour rain unexpectedly less than an hour before the ceremony was scheduled to take place outside. The guests contacted us afterwards to tell us how great it was to be there and took their own picturesque photos on the grounds. Combine this with Jerry over at Perfect Setting, who was amazing to work with, and you are ready for your big day! It all really made for a memorable and fun wedding and I am completely happy this is where we celebrated!

Was at the Washington at Yellows Springs today for a wedding.The weather was beautiful so the ceremony was held outside on the lawn area.Afterwards the guest were led down to the main porch area for finger foods and drinks while pictures were being taken of the wedding party.I'm guessing about 45 minutes later we were all seated in the main area where the reception was being held and the wedding party entered to music.All in all I would say that the foods, from the finger foods thru the main course, were very tasty and there was quite a variety .This is a beautiful area and a great setting for any event..........book a date!
