This was a nice little nature walk. There are two main loops. The meadow loop (yellow) is fairly easy and the red loop is just slightly more difficult. It can be a little muddy on the red loop, not sure about the yellow one. We see leashed dogs when we went, and I think it would be a good place to bring kids, just stick to the meadow if you're worried about mud. Parking lot was big and there are public restrooms.

Such a beautiful preserve in Chester Springs. It's not as large as some of the others in the area, but it is a nicely maintained park.

Beautiful place for a walk in any season!! I just went on a winter morning walk with a friend, and it was spectacular! Frozen stream in 12 degree temperatures. Will definitely be visiting more often in every season. One of the many preserved spaces in the Chester Springs area.Watch out for the rocks on either side of the driveway as you drive up to the parking lot. I damaged my tires.. totally my fault as I was distracted - admiring the old stone building.

Nice set of natural lands trails. Go downhill for a stream and forest walk, uphill to walk through grasslands.

Binky Lee Preserves, once an 89-acre farm, named after a beloved horse, is a hidden gem in Chester County. Offering several walking trails on 112 acres in beautiful scenery with wildlife; the preserve is open 7-7 everyday except Tuesdays. Parking is available and furry friends on a leash are welcome. The preserve offers volunteer opportunities and hosts special events. Donations are also welcome.

Hot day but a great place for a walk. Some nice elevation and views. Old buildings at the trail head. Little stream crossings.

Whether you prefer fields, forest, creeks, or farm land, you'll find it here. It has plenty of rest benches scattered throughout the preserve, most with views of the land or water. This Natural Lands' preserve is as clean kept and well-marked as every other. It has its fair share of steep slopes and not-so-beaten paths, which makes it a great place for avid hikers/explorers and dog walkers but not so great for very young children. That being said, if you are not looking for a high impact hike you can still come here for a pleasant stroll thru the main field loops and experience the beautiful scenery.

Binky Lee Preserve in Chester Springs is a very picturesque and peaceful preserve. Like all Natural Lands properties, it is very clean (free of litter), and trails are well maintained. The parking lot is paved, but is a little cramped, and can fill up easily because it's not very big, and this seems to be a more popular preserve. Other visitors here were friendly and many had dogs, but everyone respected leash rules and picked up after their dog. There are a number of inclines, so while the meadow is normally easy walking, the areas where it gets hilly are too steep to recommend this for disabled people (other NL preserves are good for that). This was, however, an easy enough walk for kids and dogs. You are perched up on a hillside, when you reach the apex of the meadow, and the views are very cool of nearby "mountains" of Chester Springs. down the hill, there is a wooded area with some bridges and an old stone springhouse, etc. as bucolic scenery. It is a very picturesque preserve, great for photos.

This place is a hidden little gem, great for walking your dog and trying out a new place to enjoy. It doesn't have a proper path, it feels a bit more like a hike than a trail walk, but certainly worth the time to just get to know a bit more of our beautiful Chester county landscape!

Even though it was cloudy it was nice walking the trails. Muddy. Wear boots.
