Horrible experience. I took my car in to have the brakes looked at and most likely replaced. They came back with a report of “issues” that would make your head spin.
At first I agreed to some of the work and hung up with them at 8:48 AM. I called back at 8:52 AM and told them not to do ANY work on the car because I’d be taking it somewhere else. Today I was told they did an oil change. When I reiterated that I told them that they were to hold off on everything he said it was too late when I called back and that the oil change had already been done. Call me crazy but there is no way they completed an oil change in 4 minutes.
I would take my car anywhere else but here. The guy who answered the phone was all over the map, wasn’t listening to what I was saying and was rude. I felt like I was being taken advantage of. They “found” things that I later found out weren’t critical or safety issues but they made it seem like they were.
Go anywhere but here.
