I dropped my truck off on 3-11-24 for a heater/ac blower problem. On 3-12-24 I got a call that my truck was hit in parking lot by a girl on motorcycle. Not bad damage, just small dent. Over the next 2+ weeks I called numerous times to find out the progress. Each time was told working on it, almost done. Will be done by end of day or next morning. Finally on 3-28-24 my truck was done. $1500.00. I called after 5 minutes driving and informed them that airbag warning light was on. Knowing the dash was completely removed it was a problem from their working. Told them I will stop by following week as going away for Easter. Didn’t drive truck from 3-29-24 until 4-4-24 and at 930 April 4th morning the truck won’t start. Electrical problem. I called at 11:00am told of problem and owner said he will be out in a few hours…. It’s now 5pm, no call as usual and still a truck not working.
There is NO communication and I specifically told the owner iam very understanding but communication is number 1.
I will update when truck is finally finished. I don’t think I am unreasonable in anyway. I took my well running truck in for a heater/airconditioner problem and next week will make it a month with no truck. Very disappointing
