“Saturday, we attempted to make a purchase online and there was an issue with the delivery charges not registering. We decided to visit the Exton Outlet store on Sunday. Unfortunately, the store closed at 6pm and we were in the area around 5:45pm. I decided to call to see if they would make an exception. The associate said they couldn't since they were closing in a few minutes, and we would have to come back tomorrow. A few minutes later I received a call back from the store manager saying she would be happy to make an exception and would allow us to come in and test some Mattress so we could make our purchase. One hour after hours the Manager allowed us to make our purchase and was nothing but helpful. We weren't rushed even though it was after hours. She gave great advice and helped us finalize our new purchase of a Dining set, Mattress, Pillows, and a new sectional. 100% with the customer service we received and excited for our new furniture to arrive! Thank You So Much!!”

That is the reason for the 4 stars. They never provided info on how colors of items changes after baking or any instructions. Regardless this is a still a good place,”

“This Joann is located in Ashbridge Square mall in Lancaster Ave Downingtown and near to hom2 depot, staples, etc. The store has shared parking and plenty. This location is huge and contains fabric, arts, and crafts that you might need for your variety of artwork and projects. I have used this place primarily for fabrics, and they have a huge collection, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable to select the right one for your project needs. They do run sales and coupons available, which is very valuable to bring the price down. Recently I shopped for some arts work and the collection is great too. The checkout lines are fine and overall a great shop to go for your arts and crafts projects.”

“You can find some great deals here. Cheaper than other discount stores. Quality "dress t-shirts" were $7 to $10 at Marshalls, $2.99 at Gabe's. I found basic slacks for $9.99, faded Levi's jeans for $14.99 and a summer jacket for $12.99! Some stuff is irregular, but a lot isn't. They have home goods, electronics, furniture, etc.”
