It was a seamless rental from start to finish at the Charlotte Airport. I had to plan a last second trip and all went very smooothly; from the initial call, to redeeming some points, to the pick up and then the drop off (Cat was especially great at the drop off in Charlotte). The car was nice, in good condition and shape and served the purpose very well. Thanks all around to the Enterprise team for making that part of my trip go as well as it possibly could.

**They are ROBBERS**They will call you 1 day before your reservation and give you opportunity to pick up the car 1 day early and tell you that they will charge only for the days you took reservation(not the day you picked it as that was not your reservation date). After you return the car and few days later when you receive the bill, you'll find out that they also charged for the pickup day which they said they will not charge. That's what happened to me. So BEWARE of this location.The customer care team is helping to shelter these ROBBERS. I called several times to the customer care. One of them was a great actor, told me that she has put a complain/request for the refund but when I ask for an referance number for the complain then she said they don't provide referance number for the complain. 1 week later I called again - this time it was the great LIAR, told me that the refund is already processed. When I mentioned that I didn't receive any refund then he kept telling me to reachout to my credit card company for the refund update. When I asked for the refund confirmation invoice then he hung up on me. I called again and another person took the call and said there was neither a complain recorded regarding this issue nor the refund was processed. She provided me a reference number and it has been more than a week and no refund posted into my credit card so now I think that was also a made-up number by the customer care team. Here is the reference number - 42916695.Normally I don't put reviews, but this was a unique way to rob Customers' hard earned money. Hopefully it will help people like us to avoid such robbery.

I had to rent a car from this location for emergency. The customer service from Breana was super! She helped me each and every steps to get the car and even once I returned the car. I know things can go wrong sometimes but positive customer service with smile makes difference! Thanks Breana.

Was recently in an auto accident and my insurance company usaa to my delight organized everything from auto body to rental car. Enterprise in Chester Springs went out of their way to accommodate me from picking me up at auto body shop to and taking me to enterprise to pickup my rental car. Can not remember the lady's name who was running the place (Apologies) but she made my experience quick, fast,and convenient. Highly recommend this enterprise location only if she is running it

I rent from Enterprise in Chester Springs quite often and every single time I am treated like their only customer. They always cannot do enough whether it is helping me to get a car that best suits my needs at the moment, working with me on my changing return times, etc. And it is always with a smile, engaging conversation and ends with, "What else can I do for you?" This is the model for how every business should treat their customer. They are the best!!!

Every single time in the last year I’ve rented from an Enterprise it’s been awful. I even told the location that I recently had a bad experience in Ohio and this is the vehicle I get. Reeked of cigarette smoke also. So slapping a Clorox sticker on it without cleaning or vacuuming it means it’s clean?! I’m so disgusted.

I had a good rental experience. My only concern is you only have one person working here doing everything. He had to man the front desk and clean the cars. Seems a bit unfair. Dude deserves a raise for being so professional under tough conditions.

Needed a vehicle to visit some family. Because of change of plans I needed to extend my reservation and Cassidy was extremely helpful and very responsive to my request. The team is easy to work with and very customer oriented, Thanks again to Cassidy and the Enterprise team at this location!
