Most horrible place. Bad customer service. The lady at the counter misbehaved with me just when i asked why she charged me $6.50 for dry cleaning of a shirt. When I canceled the order she was soo rude. As a customer I have the right to decide what I m willing to pay. Never going back here.

Wonderful experience, polite, prompt and did everything they stated. I had two jackets that had seen better days, when we picked them up they looked brand new. Stain removal was excellent. Thank you!

I was appalled by how the lady at the cleaners told us that we should not pick more than one candy. We were either-ways not planning to pick more than one, but for her to assume that we were going to take more than one is typical stereotyping and derogatory.. Either put up a sign on how much one should pick or Please don’t even provide free candies at your place. When you place candies with no sign, and when you tell some of us how much we should pick, then we know that you are stereotyping us based on how we look!!Please avoid this place at all cost!!

Took my husbands wedding shirt (with his initials on it) and when I picked it up today she showed me it was discolored but refused to take responsibility instead blamed it on the company that made the shirt. This shirt has been dry cleaned a few times before with no issue. I asked for a refund and she put $2 on the counter. Will not be returning for sure. Especially with “special” pieces of clothing

I’ve gone to Eagle Cleaners on 3 separate occasions for simple pants and sleeves alterations. Each time, hem came back crooked, incorrect, or uneven. I wish they did a quality job because they’re in an convenient location. I’ve started driving 20 mins away to my old cleaners! Unfortunately, total waste of money for me. Had to have each item redone elsewhere because hems were done so poorly.Service: Alterations
