“I've been a member at FMFCU for 15 years and I will always go out of my way to make it to the West Chester branch, even if I'm closer to another branch. Sumita, Therese & Shalini are the best, always making sure my banking needs are taken care of. From auto express loans, to HELOC, to regular everyday banking, I know I will always get top notch service when visiting.Recently there was an issue with a vehicle I was purchasing as it was considered "commercial". I already had an auto express check and completed the purchasing process at a dealer. I needed to switch from a personal auto express vehicle loan to a commercial vehicle loan. Carol Amplo & Sumita went above & beyond to make sure there was no delay in the process. I would not hesitate to recommend this process instead of the traditional car dealer financing process....which is like a root canal, with no anesthetic.”

“Hello. I visited Citadel in Thorndale PA this morning. Every Wednesday morning I stop at the S. Coatesville branch but unfortunately the ATM in the lobby was out of service. So I figured to just stop at the next bank along the way to take my rent out which the Citadel ATM's let you take as much as you want. Anyway I stopped at Presence Back at 1st and 2avenue Coatesville, but literally right on Lincoln Avenue. I put the card in, put the amount in, set by step. When it came time to get my card, it only popped a little bit. I tried to grab it but I could not get a good grip on it. Within a matter of seconds the card was sucked back in and on the screen it told me to contact my financial institution, which I did. I stopped at the main branch in Thorndale. First off, the staff was spectacular. So helpful, quick and they even printed me a new debit card which I thought it would have been sent in the mail.I just wanted to thank everyone that helped me, and quick. “For years, we were with another bank. Had to get a couple issues addressed and it took a dozen calls and 4 weeks before we finally gave up. Called Citadel 800# and got great information (seemed too easy), then met with one of the folks in Eagle. She was amazing. Knowledgeable, professional, accommodating - and in one visit got us everything we needed. We're moving all our accounts to Citadel. She even walked us through the mobile app, which is incredibly well done and user friendly. Every interaction with their team has been exceptional.”
