For years, we were with another bank. Had to get a couple issues addressed and it took a dozen calls and 4 weeks before we finally gave up. Called Citadel 800# and got great information (seemed too easy), then met with one of the folks in Eagle. She was amazing. Knowledgeable, professional, accommodating - and in one visit got us everything we needed. We're moving all our accounts to Citadel. She even walked us through the mobile app, which is incredibly well done and user friendly. Every interaction with their team has been exceptional.

So disappointed in Citadel and how downhill they’ve gone. The new mobile app is not user friendly and the rollout deleted my e-bills, causing me to miss payments and be charged late fees. I never have had something like this happen to me. Customer service disconnected me when I tried to get support. When I finally got through, they were outside the US, which I don’t expect from a local credit union. I am shopping for a new bank. Do not recommend.

I recommend using another Credit Union. Citadel Credit Union does not participate in the local ATM system. To withdrawal money from your account you must go to a branch office or selected drug store. WAWA has fee free ATMs, they don't charge for withdraws but Citadel does. This is very inconvenient and costly.

I've been using this bank for at least the past 10 years. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I've never had any issues and greatly enjoy this bank. My only complaint is I wish they had better opening hours. Overall, I recommend Citadel.

I absolutely HATE Citadel's main number and / or customer service number....you can't reach the branch directly...so frustrating to get a question answered.

I bank with 4 other banks and they don't even compare to citadel. Citadel is the best bank (credit union) period. I love the attention to customers when I walk in, I love the free cashier check they offer (1 a month), I love their overall energy. The cashiers are super friendly and happy to answer all my questions. Unlike other banks that are motivated by greed, Citadel actually serves it's community. I do not represent Citadel. I’m simply giving credit where credit is due.

Since my bank has decided to remove tellers from the bank and replace them with machines - basically ATMs...I am going to have to change banks. This is unacceptable. I have called about this and was told the tellers didn't lose their jobs, while that's great, that's not the point. If I come into the bank building I want to deal with a teller. I have talked about this with friends and family and they share this opinion. Sorry Citadel, you missed the mark on this one.

Replacing people with machines is not cool. I honestly prefered to talk with someone when transfering money. If i didnt i would just do online banking. Poor form citadel. You’ve motivated me to settle my account and move to another bank that has better human resource managment. Losing a 15 year customer here
