I used the send a message feature on their website on Tuesday when my refrigerator wouldn't stay cold. I emailed them (using the email provided on their website) on Wednesday to confirm that they got my message and to make sure they had my contact information. It has been four days since my initial message to them but there has been no response. I don't expect an immediate response but nothing after four days in unacceptable in my opinion.

Worth the wait! After getting no resolution from Kitchen Aid warranty service I decided to have someone fix my dishwasher and pay for it myself. I called BJ's to look at tow fridges - one that was no longer getting cold, the other that was making some odd noises. Bruce returned my call right away, came out a few days later and was completely honest in his advice. The fridge that was no longer getting cold was not worth the expense of fixing and the other had no obvious repairs needed. I really appreciated his honesty and advice for when we buy a new fridge.

My clothes washer shorted out mid cycle and kept tripping the GFI outlet in the wall. I reset the outlet and plugged another appliance in and the outlet worked so i assumed my washer was bad. I called probably 15 appliance repair places, explained what happened and was told they could squeeze me in in a week or 10 days. Bruce called me back and told me to try plugging the washer into a heavy duty extension cord and plug it into another outlet and seeing if the washer worked because he thought it sounded like the GFI outlet was weak. Well...he was right. Even though he did not service my washer, his advice saved me from having to pay someone to come out and charge me for an unnecessary repair. I am thankful he gave me that advice and saved me time and money!

I have a Refrigerator issue, and a phone call was returned promptly. He was very much helpful over the phone with regards to my breakdown. Great information with helpful hints to look for. I may have to call for his service tomorrow and be glad to do so.

Called to repair the dishwasher in the house. Very quick to look at and asked for a $150 deposit. Been three weeks now and haven’t heard back. Very disappointed and was going without water running in the house. Not going to use this place ever again!

Ice maker wasn't working. He showed up quickly, diagnosed the problem and strongly suggested that we not fix it when the parts estimate from the manufacturer was ridiculously high. I appreciated his honesty and candor. Would definitely hire BJ's again.

After calling SIX other local appliance repair places, and having 2 visits to the house... BJ finally came by a single time and fixed it. I have a stacked Samsung washer/dryer unit which apparently caused issues for all the other local companies. BJ had no trouble. He had to run out to get a replacement part, but it was fixed within 2 hours. He returned my call promptly, showed up as schedule, and the price was reasonable. I will definitely be using him again for appliance issues.

Bruce is awesome!! We have had him come out for a dishwasher and dryer. Bruce is punctual, friendly, and knowledgeable. His prices are reasonable and he is my go-to guy for anything appliance related. I really appreciate the time he takes to figure out the problem as well as educate me on the machine he is working on. He is very honest, trustworthy and a hard worker. Note: he has an answering service so be patient if you are scheduling an appointment. I appreciate that he will call asap, even in off-hours, to make an appointment or let me know he has a part, etc. All around great service!
