Good Evening Google Family. I visited because I found MIss Deidra Sowell on Facebook and I follow her. I have been trying to get here since Saturday, April 5th. I finally made it today. I must say the Front desk people are very persuasive. I know that they have a job to do, with asking folk to sign up for the membership at the gym. I am not interested in becoming a member. I was here to take a Zumba class and that was it. I am a member of the Edge Fitness Club and I am very happy there. There was an option to purchase a Day Pass and I took it. It was $20. The young lady told me that if I keep paying $20 every week and it is much cheaper to purchase a membership. I told her no and I was staying with the Edge. Then she said I could have two memberships and I said no, one membership is enough with the Edge. I then left with my receipt and I went to the locker room to change into my fitness clothes. The gym is big and they have a pool, so that was one thing that the Edge does not have. I finished changing and I went to the first class which was 9:45 am and I was late. That class consisted of using weights. Then the Zumba class was at 11 am. Both classes lasted an hour. I enjoyed myself immensely, at the Zumba class and I plan on going back next week. Deidra is an awesome and amazing instructor. Her steps were right on and easy to follow. I love dancing and I could dance all day. I hope to become a Zumba instructor one day. Pleasantly suprized how clean and odor free the gym was !!Some assistants and coaching should be given without extra fees.It would draw more patronage to the gym !!

As far as La fitness/Esporta locations go, it was a bit better than average. That said, this lack of paper towels with the broken dispenser and two huge toilet paper roles has been in the same place for days.

JUST STICK TO PLANET FITNESS!!! They have wayyyy more facilities and offer the same equipment if not more! (Besides the pool )I tried canceling my membership the lady said come in and do it .. been a little busy so I hadn’t got a chance.. so this month when they got me for 100$ I call and the man says I had to do it online and MAIL IT TO CORPORATE ..which WASNT TRUE!! Once he sent the link it only took 2 min to do online?!???!? Sooo basically I did the right thing with going BACK and I PLANET FITNESS!! Cheaper and less stressful !

I was interested in signing up for this gym at the beginning of the new year, but wanted to just use a guest free pass to test the gym out. I was asked to sit with Tamika, who was extremely pushy, with trying to get me to pay before I even got the chance to try the gym. The gym is very small and not that different from other gyms as far as the equipment. I also do not like how I tried to check in one day and Tamika stopped me from doing so because they had guests at the front desk, which made no sense. The check in process should be a quick scan transaction and I shouldn’t have to encounter an attitude for simply trying to enter the gym from the manager. My mom wanted to visit and sign up for the gym, but also wanted a tour and had questions, but wanted to give it some time to reflect before signing up, but of course Tamika was being pushy and impatient. I understand the workers get commission for having people sign up, but people should be able to use a guest pass without being pressured to sign up right away. I am glad i cancelled my membership. There’s better gyms around the area that have more pleasant workers, environment and have a lot more equipment/amentities to offer

The lockers are absolutely disgusting, never getting cleaned. Every time I come I have to clean a new one.
