Not 100% happy with the customer service with the new representatives in there. I wish that the old representatives were still in the store they knew you by name I feel as if the morale is down in that store. Location seems to me that they are just in there to work to get a paycheck

They are very nice at this location. Always very helpful. I was looking for a specific thermomater for my pool and couldn't find it. The girl that was working helped me find it right away based on my description of it. I go there once a week after we get our pool up and running to get the water tested. They have come to look for me on Wednesday evenings. Hope we have a happy Summer this year.

I haven’t maintained a pool in many years and my new home came with a pool that was purchased at Valley Pool and Spa. I headed to this location to get everything I need to open and maintain the pool for summer. The staff is extremely helpful and thorough with easy instructions and a guide for me to take home with me. They even helped me load the car. Outstanding customer service. I will definitely be a customer for life.

Parts were ordered for our hot tub cover and explained in detail exactly what we needed. The guy that took the order from the Greensburg storewas very nice and seemed to understand exactly what was needed..however upon picking up the parts that were shipped to charleroi store,we picked them up,paid for them and left.. opened them up 5 minutes from the store and realized they were incorrect so we returned with them.. the manager on duty was rude and said he was gonna make an "exception " to return them.. exception I asked?? Yes no returns on special orders.. wasn't our mistake, it was yours! We were extremely clear on what was needed..

Pool seems undamaged. Truck scraped my paved driveway and left scrape marks. It was just sealed.

The purchase of our pool, staff, product etc was great. But the install wasnt professional, at all. They didn't return phone calls, left the empty boxes all over instead of consolidating them, I can feel a rock or root under the liner which is insane considering I had a half ton of same still in my yard that they didn't use. However, due to the service and product from the staff I still recommended them to a close friend and his install was worse. They charged him more because of where he had his pool delivered even though that's where the excavator told him to put it. Tried to have him install a fence drain because of the way it was dug (eventhough their guy dug it) and didn't put their ladder together at all. Atleast they put mine together I just had to attach to the pool. To sum it up I would buy another pool but wouldn't let their sub contractor do the install
