I live here and they are never open theirs a sign in the window I've wanted since I first saw it months ago but never open

We've stopped by on 2 occasions, at a time they said they would be open, but they were closed both times. Looks like an interesting store. Maybe they are OOB? Call before going, that's all I can say.
