Shaina was phenomenal. Her personality was energetic. She was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and the experience was pleasurable. The financial gentleman was very knowledgeable and the financial experience went very smoothly. His personality was very pleasant. We enjoyed the visit. It's unfortunate that C. Harper does not do oil changes after 2:00pm. This makes it very difficult for people who work. We also don't live close enough to justify two trips to drop it off the night before. I bought my Durango in 2019 and have always had the dealer (then Rotolo) change my oil. I've never taken it anywhere else, however, I will find somewhere else who can be more accommodating.

My vehicle is still under warranty. My check engine light keeps going on and my jeep keeps going into limp mode. I took it there to have them check it out but the check engine light went out. They told me the record in the truck says my cylinders are misfiring but because the light went back out they will not do anything about it. I'm supposed to go back when it happens and hope it stays on while I'm there. I'm extremely upset because there is an issue that needs fixed and they are playing games. This is not the first time either. It will be out of warranty and then they will want to fix it.
