“Giving 5 stars for getting me into the shop but correcting YOUR body shop mistake has been a nightmare after you got your money from my claim. After missing my appointment to correct this error (which was on your part & I was beyond kind when others wouldn’t) I called after not once but THREE times to remake the appointment. The front desk staff told me I’d get a call back (never did) & not sure why a manager would need to call me back and not just proceed to make me another appointment! When I initially picked up my vehicle & pointed this out the woman at the desk on left when you walk in was nice about the error & ensured they’d fix it also very well aware that I wasn’t just gonna continue to drive my car with THIS on it, you have made ZERO attempt to reach me to fix this error you guaranteed me you would!”
