My appointment here was absolutely fantastic, everyone was so friendly and helpful! I scheduled an exam to update my glasses prescription and was so incredibly pleased with my appointment. I've had some unique circumstances with my eyes, and the doctor was very attentive to that. She listened to my history, asked questions and was very thorough. She encouraged me to follow up with my specialist after my appointment, and it turns out I actually need another round of treatment for something, I have not been symptomatic and would not have known I needed this if she had not been so thorough! Her taking the time to ask questions and let me know that what she was seeing appeared to differ slightly from what my specialist last reported to me was huge, and it allowed me to get in with the specialist and get treatment before I became symptomatic again.
I also had a great experience picking out frames, the woman that helped me was absolutely lovely. She was patient, and so helpful. I will definitely be returning to this location in the future.

The woman in the receiving area, who is possibly Asian (we were not able to get her name as she did not even introduced herself) she rarely smile, wasn’t very friendly, and didn’t look so pleased or interested in assisting us. It looks like she was not happy with what she’s doing. Before leaving we asked her some questions that she couldn’t answer. I don’t think she knows a lot about customer service. However, the person who took my eye measurements/tech person was so warm, friendly and respectful. The female doctor too was also very knowledgeable, and explained well information about the eyes. I would still recommend this place but I hope some customer service training can be given to that lady in the reception area.

They did a really good job of taking care of my eyes. The Doctor was very knowledgeable and able to pinpoint any problems I may have had. The associates did a fabulous job in helping me pick out frames. Overall, it was a great experience.

The entire staff were great from start to finish. As an older person technology is sometimes difficult. However, it was clear, easy to understand and overall a great experience. Thank you to Visionworks!

I had to call several times because they didn’t return calls. My husband needed a referral to a specialist and they couldn’t figure out how to do the referral. Very unprofessional and not knowledgeable. We will not come back.

I tried to deal with this place, but it just ain't gonna happen. I called, to see if I could set up an appointment, and the first issue was that the call was answered by a machine. I DON'T TALK TO MACHINES! I told the stupid machine that I wanted to talk to a person, and at first I thought that I might get to talk to somebody.but it was not to be. I sat there listening to the same stupid recordings over and over, and after 10 minutes of this I gave up on the idea of actually reaching a person there. I will take my business elsewhere.

Visionworks had a nice selection of frames and it was very easy to make an appointment, however I did not like the fact that there was no doctor on site to do my exam. Rather it was all remote. I truly feel that you get sub-par service when looking through a computer screen talking to a doctor. In the future, I'll get an eye exam with a doctor in person and then go there to get glasses.

My wife went here. No doctor on site. Telehealth. Weird. Bad considering its twice the price of surrounding places that do the same thing. Will not be back. Techs walking in and out of the room during the "video" visit.
