“I have been looking for a truck for several months now. I have been working in concrete construction for about 5 months, and though I truly loved my 2014 KIA Forte5; it unfortunately could not do what I needed a vehicle to do.
I've been all over Fayetteville, Shippensburg and Chambersburg - hunting and searching for the truck that would best serve my need, a few of my wants, and that would fit within my budget. Everywhere I went, I would find something, only for the door of opportunity to be slammed in my face. I even had one dealership low ball me on the trade-in value of my KIA and try to offer me $800.
I was getting very discouraged. Then, while at my bank, my financial adviser (she who I refer to as the Finance Guru) suggested that I go to McCoy's Auto Sales and see what they have. I am so glad I listened to her. From the moment I got there Mike was super friendly and helpful. He asked the right questions and together, we found a truck that would fit what I needed and what I was looking for. Sadly, when I came back a few days later, someone had beat me to that particular truck. But that didn't deter Mike or Corey. They worked with me and we went through the trucks they had available until we truly found the ONE. Once we found the truck I wanted, Corey worked tirelessly with the banks until we were able to come to terms and get the financing for the truck. I am now the proud owner of a 2019 Ford F-150 STX and I absolutely love my truck!!!! I will be driving this beast for years to come.
Corey and Mike are the kinds of people you want to meet when you're out looking for a vehicle. They make you feel welcome from the start. No pressure, they want to help you find what it is you're looking for. Should the day ever come that I will need to trade-in this vehicle, the first place I am going to is McCoy's. I even have a few friends currently in the market for a vehicle and the first place I told them to try was McCoy's. “We don't even have the vehicle after having bought it a month ago!! On the trip to our home after the purchase we had transmission issues with it. Kyner's offered to come pick up the vehicle at our location... but they were a day later than they said they would come get it... it had various issues that needed to be addressed and so now it is a month later and two trips that we desperately wanted the vehicle for had to be taken with our car instead... and we don't have a date yet that we can expect it nor a final cost for what Kyner's will not accept responsibility for ....”
