They fixed my Husqvarna lawn tractors power problem. Although the cost seemed excessive. When their person loaded my mower onto my trailer he said it needed a new muffler, it.was extremely loud. I ordered and replaced the muffler. I t was still very loud. I discovered the left side exhaust tube was missing. I. Ordered a new exhaust tube, bolts and gasket and installed them. Result: a quiet running mower. The extra cost for parts could have been avoided if Stouffer Bros would have replaced all parts that they took off.

We were preparing for the next round of snow when I could not get our Toro snowblower started. I had put incorrect fuel in the tank. Sam came from Stouffer's to pick up,remove fuel clean the carburetor out and return our snowblower in just a few days. Excellent service!

The staff was helpful and the store has a nice variety of items, tho the lighting and atmosphere is very dull and a bit sad feeling.

I have been going here for several years as my Can-Am dealer. Everyone has always been friendly, service fully explained and documented. Also bought a Toro lawnmower from them. A full service dealer and repair center. Worth the drive from West Virginia!

These people are thieves. I rented a truck in Ohio and returned it here. I topped off the diesel right before I arrived, but they still charged me over $60 for fuel. They charged my card before I had even left the property, so I know for a fact they hadn't fueled it - it was still sitting where I parked it when the charge hit my card. They're thieves. Do business at your own risk. You've been warned.

DO NOT USE THEM - RIPPED ME OFF!!! I used Stouffer Brothers for Riding Lawn Mower repair to fix an oil leak, tune up and sharpen blades, cost at around $465 a bit high, but OK. I picked it up and took it home, and it ran worse than before, muffler all of a sudden was very loud (was fine before it was in their possession) and now needed replaced, and it was still leaking oil worse than before! I had to take it ALL THE WAY back to them and once again I'm without a mower for over a week to fix the oil leak AGAIN - that should have been fixed the first time, and this time replace the muffler - all though I felt it was there fault, I was going to just have it fixed. After 2 weeks of not having a mower again, I received a call it was done. Cost was $256!! Charged me to fix the oil leak AGAIN!! I felt that I should not pay for the oil leak again, but Stouffers said it was a different leak, REALLY?? My friend talked to the owner and owner was very rude, insinuated that he didn't care for my business, he has been in business since 1939 and it didn't matter to him that I was not satisfied and felt ripped off. I will tell everyone I come in contact with NOT TO USE STOUFFER BROTHERS for anything based on their poor customer service and the owner's poor attitude and feeling that he can treat people like they don't matter.

I will never deal with these people again. I took an inexpensive mower ($200) to them to be repaired. They messed around with it so much they racked up $300 in labor to install a $25 part. They knew the value of the mower ahead of time. You are better off to find someone who repairs small engines out of their garage.

Worst customer service experience ever. I brought in an old weedwacker and trimmer for repair. They changed the gas in the trimmer and then did repairs to the wacker that exceed its value without warning and despite my call for update. It took nearly 3 weeks and when I complained about the experience to the manager he berated me to remember my exact words when dropping it off. No one ever introduced themselves or gave me any paperwork when I handed it off, not to mention clarifying what to do if the equipment wasn't worth fixing. I promised to share my experience with as many people as I could. The manager challenged me that no one would listen to a woman who cursed at his parts manager. Challenge accepted.
