Last time I will take any of my vehicles here. It damages your car. Brand new car, and I always park all the way at the end of parking lots so this doesn’t happen. I went to the cashier and asked if the car wash damages cars his face turned red, he got a big smile on his face and said no. I told him that’s all the confirmation I needed, I would not be back and his face got even more red and said ‘hey now’ and wasn’t sure what else to say. But he definitely didn’t deny it.

Terrible! You have to go thru 2-3 times to get your vehicle clean. The cloth is very harsh on your vehicle and causes much damage. You lost my account because all you do is say go thru again. This only hunts you higher numbers. Go touchless before you get sued by someone else!

Great War wash with free vacuums.
I love having a membership app that let's me bypass the window and I can wash as many times as I want every month! By far... this is my most used and favorite monthly membership.

Good staff and the carwash itself is in good repair and generally gets my vehicle clean in one pass, and if it doesn't, with the monthly pass, I can just go through a second time! Also the vacuums work well.

I'm profoundly disheartened to share that Tommy’s Express in Chambersburg, PA, a place I once held in high regard, has deeply disappointed me. What was once a beacon of car cleanliness has dimmed to what I can only describe as one of the most lackluster car wash services I've encountered. Despite charging the full price, it seems their equipment barely functions, as evidenced by the subpar service I received. Opting for their top-tier package at $20 per wash left me with a car still marred by dirt and unmistakable black spots. Believing in second chances, I addressed the issue, only to be met with an offer to rewash, which sadly led to no improvement. Further attempts to seek a resolution only resulted in a suggestion to purchase a Detail cleaning Kit for an additional $3 and undertake the task myself, which also failed to make any difference. The outcome? A car still encrusted with grime, and a profound sense of wasted time and resources. It's clear to me that their machinery requires urgent attention and verification of its effectiveness. Attached are images of my payment receipt and the state of my vehicle after three attempts at cleanliness. Regrettably, I find myself unable to recommend their services to anyone, nor will I return.
