“I highly recommend this repair facility for tire repairs & needs. I had issues with my valve stems on my motor home & were traveling. The shop customer advisor took us right in. He said no matter what it takes he will get us back on the road. With in 1.5hrs we were back on the road like he promised with all new valve stems. They were very affordable!”
“Called to set up an appointment for an alignment after having new tires installed at a different shop. The phone call took 1 minute 26 seconds, I talked to a very nice man named Oliver and I was scheduled for the next day. They checked my alignment and everything was within spec, no adjustments needed so they only charged me half for the service! Everyone was polite and accommodating, it was an all around pleasant experience.
After driving my car home and to work the next day, I realized that it had a pull to the right when I let go of the wheel. This was an existing problem that had been previously dismissed by other shops after they checked the alignment and saw that everything was within spec - chocked it up to the crown of the road. I called Byers the and explained to them that it had the pull to the right despite the numbers looking good on the rack, and that I understood that my car's front camber and caster were non adjustable - but I was just wondering if there was any adjustment or something else they could think of that might be causing this pull. A special thanks to Ryan who listened to my concerns and told me to swing back by the shop after work so they could drive the car and take a look at it - he said he's not sure if there's much they can do since the camber and caster were non adjustable, but he'd like me to come by so they could at least check it out.
Ryan took my car for a drive and confirmed that the pull was definitely present and it was more aggressive than what the crown of the road would cause. They decided to try swapping the two front wheels to see if that would make any difference, Ryan drove the car again and returned to tell me that the pull seemed to be a little better, not perfect but it wasn't pulling as much as before. I was already very appreciative that they gave me the time of day and wanted to look into my issue, but to hear that the pull had improved was even better. When I asked what I owed them Ryan said not to worry about it and sent me on my way. The best part? While driving my car home I realized Ryan had been a bit conservative with his report. The pull is gone entirely, the car tracks as straight as you could ask for a vehicle with 100k miles! I am so grateful that they were willing to take a little bit deeper dive into the issue, and that they at least made an attempt to mitigate the pull. Better yet? Their attempt worked and my car tracks as it should. Couldn't ask for a better experience with a shop. 5/5, would recommend them to anyone!”
“Love this place. They are incredibly professional and compassionate. While my car was up, they walked me to it and showed me the issues while explaining how to fix it. They promptly got all of the parts needed to fix my car. I was at work when they called and told me the parts were in and they went out of their way to pick my car up, fix it, and return it to me during the same shift. I appreciate you guys so much! I had a great experience, they even checked the air in all tires and my fluids in my car.
