Went to check out, cash in hand ....Cashier asked me FOUR times if I would open a Kohls charge account. After the 4th time I left my items on counter and walked out. If your store can't respect my answer I WONT shop here.

Went in to return several items ordered online. Unmasked customers present, and many employees with masks below nose. Customer service staff had below nose mask and was constantly coughing on the customer in front of me. I left without doing my return or my intended shopping.
