“I went to AT&T today on Norland Avenue Chambersburg, PA to change our business internet from Comcast to AT&T. Because let’s face it, Comcast is ALWAYS down. We switched from Verizon to AT&T in 2025 for our business phones and they have been awesome, including at our mountain ground where we had no service with Verizon. Gabriel was all smiles, happy to help, hooked Tip Top Roofing and Siding up with Business Internet, even helped me download and navigate the app I need to set it up in my office. I was in and out in no time. In addition to Gabriel’s excellent customer service, Isaiah came over and assisted. Both young men were pleasant, knowledgeable and more than happy to help! I will recommend AT&T to everyone because of the service of the phones and definitely because of the service of these young men. Thank you for caring for your customers. Customer service means everything!”
