“Visited the Chambersburg Square store on 10/15/2024 to shop for a new mattress. Our existing mattress was contributing to back problems and my wife and I both wanted something more suitable.

The sales associate, Travis, spent a great deal of time with us, listening to our preferences and thoroughly explaining the options. He is extremely knowledgeable with the products and was also very patient with my wife's many questions :-).

We did not intend to buy at the first place we shopped but the Sealy medium hybrid mattress we tried seemed perfect. We also decided to go with an adjustable frame after trying it out. All together we purchased the mattress, adjustable frame, a level 2.0 pillow which I liked, a mattress protector and a kit to attach the frame to our existing headboard. The price for all of that was significantly less-expensive than what we paid for our existing king-size mattress.

I was pleasantly surprised that the delivery could be scheduled for the very next morning. Kevin and his partner showed up a little after 8 a.m on 10/16. Their location and estimated time of arrival were texted to me and I knew exactly when they would arrive. Both men were thorough, professional and friendly. They set everything up efficiently, removed our old mattress and boxspring and explained how to use the adjustable bedframe and care for the mattress.

Most significantly, the mattress is super-comfortable and the adjustable bedframe was worth buying; my wife and I both had a great night's sleep on the first night!

I would highly recommend this store if you're in the market for a new mattress. The products, staff and customer service are top-notch!”
