I will be shopping at Ludwig's for all my future jewelry purchases. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond to help with all your needs.I wanted to buy my daughter a ring for her graduation. From the time I walked in the door until I completed my purchase after multiple trips to the store, I was very impressed with every employee I came in contact with. I had been to several jewelry stores in the area and Ludwig's customer service stood out!

Awesome Jewelry store, I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years you can't beat their prices. They even have estate Jewelry which are some unique items. I would definitely look here first before you to to the over priced chain Jewelry stores!

We had a wonderful experience here. Took several very sentimental pieces of jewelry here with the idea of combining them into some more wearable pieces. Came home with a more beautiful ring than I went in there with and now I am back to wearing two pieces of jewelry that I would never part with but was not wearing ever. Told me what was possible and what wasn't in a fair and creative way and the finished products are stunning! I am very pleased and will tell my family and friends where I went! Thank you!

Kyle, One of the fifth generation, was so kind and helpful. She offered to clean and check our jewelry while we shopped. It was very low pressure and she pointed out features of each piece to consider. We left having purchased three items and felt we got a great value and enjoyed some laughs with the staff. We were visiting from out of town, and they were very helpful in giving us some points of interest and things to consider doing during our weekend.We recommend Ludwig jewelers to everyone. Support a small and long standing business!

I am absolutely in LOVE with the ring my fiance suprised me with! It means the world to me that he put so much thought in to all the details and even better that he shopped local. He told me he had an idea of what he was looking for and Ludwig's was able to custom create this beauty for my EXTREMELY picky, detail oriented, soon-to-be husband. They took the time to reset a stone he wanted into a custom band, leaving no detail missed. Leaving me with a one of a kind, GORGEOUS ring that I will treasure forever. We cannot recommend Ludwig's Jewelers enough!!

LUDWIG'S HAS BEEN A PART OF MY HOMETOWN FOR AS FAR BACK AS I CAN REMEMBER...MY GRAM AND MOM WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANOTHER JEWELER AND THERE'S NO OTHER JEWELER THAT I WOULD GO TO! ALL OF THE WOMEN ARE BEAUTIFUL SPIRITS WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE...AND THOUGH I HAVE NEVER MET THE JEWELER HIMSELF...HIS WORK NEVER FALLS SHORT... I have enjoyed shopping at Ludwig's for many years. I love the friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The owners are extremely knowledgeable about everything jewelry--designers, gem quality, repairs, whatever may be needed. And I know I will receive their full attention when I shop. Their inventory is large, but if I don't see what I want, they will find it for me. The ladies at Ludwig's are the best!

I purchased a gold chain with a pendant over Christmas and the pendant broke after I wore it a couple months. They were unwilling to do anything except give me half price off toward a new one. This is an unacceptable way to keep a customer. I will take my business elsewhere!

Excellent customer service for buying new jewelry, estate jewelry, and repairs! They have an amazing selection of not only new jewelry, but high quality estate pieces as well. The repairs Ludwig has completed for me have been done with skill and in a timely fashion.
