I am always for the little guy that gives great service and cares. Rob initially did that but so very disappointed in him and the lady there. We had a Samsung Smart TV. It developed a line going thru it. Had gotten the warranty and quite a few months b4 it had run out, I talked with them about the problem. They were checking into it. Every time I called or stopped in there was a different story/lie. Well 9 months later and after about 6-8 tries I am completely done with them. I know we were too patient/kind but that is the way I want to be treated so, that is how I treated them. I have a friend that was treated the same way there. Folks, seriously, I would not enter their establishment.

VERY impressed with how wonderful their service is. My smart TV turned a little d*** and lost its display. I called Samsong for help and got tossed around. I called Lincoln Lectronics and had IMMEDIATE feedback. They are going to call me tomorrow to diagnose the issue. I didnt even have to leave the house!!!! I am blown away by the service. I am used to dealing with big box stores, not the amazing one on one that I got with Lincoln Lectronics. thank you

Had my LG unit for month and back an forth about whether can find parts,then they can repair then,not. Realize peas older but charged me eighty dollars for labor. To whishy washy for me should have told me right off it was not fixable. No more of them for me I don't care if they have been in business since 1961,there serviceman isn't to good at customer services.

STEER CLEAR !!!! Would have taken advantage of me if I did not educate myself about the service I requested them to perform. They tried to charge me $300 to fix a $75 item and only about 15 screws to repair. This was AFTER I told them the item that needed repaired. After I spoke to the Owner, he agreed with me and rectified the problem. Even after that, when I went to pick up my TV the lady STILL tried to charge me more and argued with me until I had her verify it with the owner.
