Not very pleasant during my initial visit but more than made up for it with their courtesy during my actual appointment where we sat down n reviewed my info prior to actually filing my tax info.

The last names for my kids were spelled wrong and i got rejected for my advance and they said it wasn't their fault. I never got rejected before.
