I had a return and stood at the end of the cashiers for 5 minutes. There were 3 ladies standing at the registers talking. One looked over at me several times but never addressed the fact that I was standing there. No apologies from cashier that finally waited on me. Same thing happened when I was checking. 3 cashiers talking and they had looked over and saw me but kept on talking. Melissa then rang me out and wanted me to leave a feedback. Kohls was never like this before. What happened to customer service? Also, why are you no longer carrying items in the store over 3x?

Found the brand of bras I was looking for (unfortunately not in the color(s) I wanted).
Brandy (at the checkout register) was very helpful to sign me up for Kohl's rewards.
I will go back - there is enough in the store to browse through and fairly priced.

If using self checkout make sure someone takes the security tag off mine was still on when i got home and i had to remove myself and it did some damage to top.

I enjoy shopping at Kohl’s. Their prices are right and they Have my size. I love all their discounts and getting reward points so I can get stuff even cheaper.
